Our Story
About Roofscaping NY
A decade of turning NYC rooftops into extraordinary outdoor living spaces.
Owned and Operated by TCS Construction Corp.
Built on Passion, Driven by Excellence
Roofscaping NY was founded with a simple vision: to give New Yorkers the outdoor living spaces they deserve. In a city where every square foot matters, rooftops represent untapped potential — and we're here to unlock it.
With over a decade of experience in high-end outdoor construction, our team combines architectural design sensibility with expert craftsmanship. We've completed hundreds of projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens — from intimate terrace decks to full rooftop entertainment complexes.
Every project begins with understanding our client's vision and ends with exceeding their expectations. We handle everything from NYC DOB permits and structural engineering to the final landscaping touches.
